ORDER BY MAIL

Buy tickets using an order form and pay by check or card
Purchase your season tickets using your personal check. 

  1. Print the form.
  2. Fill-in the form.
  3. Choose to use credit or debit card info OR enclose a check. 
  4. Mail form and payment to the address on the form. 
Ticket Delivery

Ticket orders will be confirmed through email. Generally, season tickets will be waiting for you at the first concert, September 24 at the Culture Center. If you prefer to have them mailed to you, please indicate this on the order form or by calling 304-729-4382 or by emailing kvfootmad@gmail.com. We are happy to mail them as needed.

Opening night -- September 24 -- the ticketing lobby opens at 6:45 PM. For all other concerts, the lobby opens at 7:00 PM. All concerts begin at 7:30 PM.
