FAQs

Q. Can I buy tickets at the door?
A. Yes. Tickets will be sold at the door for all FOOTMAD concerts. Our venues are large enough to admit all comers at the door.
Q. What time does the box office open on the evening of a concert?
A. The box office opens and ticket sales start at 7 pm. For the ​season opener in September, the box office opens at 6:45 pm.
Q. Can I buy tickets in advance?
A. Yes. You can buy tickets online on our website, by mail, or by phone. Buy advance tickets, click here.
Q. If I buy advance tickets, do you mail them to me? Or do you hold them at the box office?
A. Tickets ordered 7 days in advance of a concert will be mailed to you.
Tickets ordered within 7 days of a concert will be acknowledged by email and held at the box office.
Q. How do I qualify for the senior ticket price?
A. Age 60 and above qualifies for the senior ticket price. We base this "senior" discount on by the "Golden Mountaineer" card. Folks who have or who are eligible for a Golden Mountaineer card qualify.
Q. How do I qualify for the student ticket price?
A. If you can present a valid student id, you qualify. Students of all ages can qualify for the student price. 
Q. Do you have reserved seats?
A. No. All seating is festival seating. First-come, first-served.
Q. Will there be an intermission?
A. Yes. We will have a 15 minute intermission.
Q. What time can I get in the theater and choose my seat? 
A. Theater doors open at 7:00 pm.
Q. Will the musicians have CDs for sale?
A. Yes. CDs will be available for purchase before the concert, at the intermission, and after the concert. 
Q. When does the concert start?
A. All FOOTMAD concerts start at 7:30 pm.
Q. Does FOOTMAD have a Covid policy for the 2021-2022 concert season?
A. Yes. In the interest of the health of our audience and performers, we are implementing the following Covid policy:
  • MASKS are required for all persons above the age of 2, worn correctly covering nose and mouth.
  • We are hopeful that all our patrons are vaccinated to prevent the spread of Covid.
  • We ask that you maintain social distance in all areas, including concert hall, lobby and restrooms.

Q. If a concert is cancelled due to Covid related issues, can I get a refund?
A. As we face another COVID surge FOOTMAD is aware things may change rapidly. If we are forced to cancel concerts we will provide refunds to anyone who asks. We hope it will not come to that, but the health of our supporters and community is our first priority.
